We want you to be fully confident in your decision to learn with us. Please read our refund terms carefully before enrolling.

Free demo first

Every learner is encouraged to attend a free demo session before paying, so you can decide if the teaching style suits you.

Refund window

A full refund is available within 3 days of payment, provided you have attended no more than the first live session and have not downloaded course materials.

After the refund window

No refunds are issued after 3 days of payment or once course materials have been shared, as our trainers and content are committed to your batch.

Batch reschedule

If we cancel or reschedule a batch, you may either shift to the next batch at no extra cost or claim a full refund.

Email advayskills@gmail.com with your name, phone and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
